Sunday....thank goodness!

Whew what a long hot fun filled weekend we had!
The guys raced Friday night this week instead of Saturday. Man it was SO hot and humid at the track. We all need to remember to drink MORE water there that is for sure. One of the younger drivers got out of his car at the end and dropped to his knees as he was over heated! ACK!
It was a scary night too of racing. Quite a few accidents where they had to take the ambulance out on the track. Luckily none of the drivers had to go to the hospital.
A dwarf car driver had a HARD scary crash in the heat. Luckily he was ok in the end. Phew......

Saturday we got up and went to Palacious TX where Anna, Pat and the boys were camping. Had a nice few hours there visiting and eating some yummy chicken fajitas.
Then off to the race track again where we watched the races :-)

Well the good news is we got an offer for the house in Floresville! We counter offered and waiting to hear what they say. Hopefully it works out if not atleast it gave us a bit of a cheering up as we know people are interested for sure. There is another couple that were seriously interested too. We shall see.
SO we went to Floresville today and brought a few more things back. Just odds and ends there but they are larger things so having to make several trips. On Thursday I guess I am taking down the curtains that are still up and a few things that were left on the wall. Our storage unit here is definitely getting full now.

Joe is to work 3 nights this week then on Thursday he goes to the cardio dr :-)
